SC Formula SC Formula (shark cartilage) [Immune]. Shark cartilage is a pure source of an important family of carbohydrates called mucopolysaccharides. More than 20 percent of this formula is mucopolysaccharides, more than 20 percent is protein, more than 4 percent is chondroitin sulfate and less than 1 percent is fat. It also contains vital amino acids and is a source of protein, calcium and phosphorus. SC Formula is composed of 100 percent freeze-dried shark cartilage combined with reishi mushroom (also known as ganoderma).
