Upon receiving your package from Herbal Rose, carefully check the invoice found inside with the products you received. Occasionally, the environmentally-sound packing material inside your box can 'hide' and coverup smaller bottles. If there is a discrepancy, contact us immediately at 800-513-7854, within ten days of receiving your package.
If You Wish to Make a Return
You must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send your merchandise back to HerbalRose.com, request your RMA number by calling 800-513-7854 or by sending an e-mail to Herbal.rose@yahoo.com. NOTE: Your request for an RMA number must be placed within 10 days of receiving your package.
